If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 2. Description of Service 6amCloud provides a cloud application deployment and management platform that allows users to deploy, manage, and monitor web applications using containerized infrastructure. 3. Account Registration You must register for an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain the security of your password - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: - Deploy applications that violate any applicable laws or regulations - Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform 5. Payment and Billing Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. 6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your deployed instances will be shut down and data will be deleted within 30 days. 7. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. 8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9.
